Jennifer Lopez provided unique insights into her relationship with her twins Max and Emme.
In a recent interview with E! News, the mother of two explained that when she and her children talk, she is just a mother, not a pop singer, and that what is going on in their lives is the major topic of discussion, not Lopez's profession.
"I'm so just mom to them that they don't really get involved with my work too much," she said to the media. "They have no idea I'm doing the American Music Awards." "I'll have to fill them in when we have dinner."
Lopez stated that her children are presently focused on finishing high school and preparing for college.
"We're talking more about school," the Atlas star added. "We're talking about their pals at school, their schoolwork, and making sure they're getting it done. That's what we talk about, how they're doing, how they're feeling, and so on.
"We don't really get into 'Mommy's performing over here tomorrow.'" To them, it's just, 'Oh, Mommy is going to work,'" she explained.
For those who are unaware, Lopez has an ex-husband named Marc Anthony.
