Spider-Man: Brand New Day is one of Marvel's most anticipated pictures, considering that the previous installment in the franchise was a smash blockbuster.
Deadline reported that fresh actors had joined the cast. One of them is Liza Colón-Zayas, the breakout star of The Bear. However, the specifics of her work remain unknown.
Meanwhile, Stranger Things star Sadie Sink has been cast in a mysterious role.
Original cast members Tom Holland and J.K. Simmons have already confirmed their return for the picture, which will be released this summer.
While it is unclear whether he will repeat his role, Tony Revolori, who played Flash Thompson, is one of the performers.
However, he recently stated that he wants to portray a different character from the comic: Agent Venom.
"Yeah, you know, I've read the same comics as everyone else. "I'd be really, really excited to do something like that," he told The Direct.
He went on, "That would be pretty nice. I have no idea what, if, when, or maybe, so we'll see. Look, the hope and the dream are to do it. And we'll see whether that actually occurs."
"And if it doesn't, they're making great shit regardless that I will watch over and over and over again, and I'm just happy to have been a part of it," Tony told me.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be available on July 31, 2026.
