Nicolas Cage claims he gets mistaken for a 'popular' singer

 

Nicolas Cage is well-known in Hollywood. However, he is still confused for Nick Cave, an Australian singer.

In an interview with The Guardian, he commented, "I don't think there's a day that goes by where I'm not mistaken for Nick Cave."

Similarly, the National Treasure star recalls meeting his near-namesake, stating, "I do remember that Cave was very nice."

"We were in an animal refuge, I believe -- Sealy Animal Hospital in Texas -- and he was fantastic. I greeted hello and offered to shake his hand. I responded, 'Only one letter divides us -- G. Nick Cave, Nick Cage.'"

Aside from that, Nick has expressed his thoughts on social media in an interview.

"I believe social media is a tremendous problem that is demoralising society. Young people are losing trust in the world and its opportunities. "That is a major issue," he told NME.
