The Paper, a spinoff of NBC's smash comedy The Office, will debut on Peacock in September.
The first-look graphic is unveiled at NBCUniversal's upfront presentation to advertisers.
In this shot, Oscar Nuñez appears as Oscar Martinez, repeating his comedy role.
The concert will also star Domhnall Gleeson, Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young, and others.
According to Variety, the sitcom is set in the same world as The Office.
Earlier, Greg Daniels, one of the creators of The Office and now The Paper, informed The Hollywood Reporter that the new program will feature nearly the same cast as the original.
"It's about this struggling Midwestern newspaper that's much reduced from its glory days," he told me.
"A lot of the story lines are about how this guy, Domhnall Gleeson's character, is trying to restore this paper, and he just doesn't have the budget for hiring reporters, and he has to use all the staff that work there on a volunteer basis to be reporters," the film's writer said.
"They're completely untrained and don't know what they're doing," Greg told me. "It is a fruitful concept. There is a long history of local newspapers. The devil here is the internet and the capacity to read everyone's news for free, with all ad income going to Google."
The Paper's summary begins: "The documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin's Scranton branch is in search of a new subject when they discover a historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it."
