Meghan Markle surprised fans by sharing a video to celebrate her daughter Lilibet's birthday.

On Wednesday, June 4, the Duchess of Sussex uploaded a fun flashback on Instagram, sharing a never-before-seen video of herself and Prince Harry dancing in a hospital maternity ward while she was significantly pregnant with Princess Lilibet in 2021.

"Four years ago today, this also happened," Meghan, 43, wrote in the caption, revealing that both her children, six-year-old Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, were "a week past their due date."

"So when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work, there was only one thing left to do!" she said, adding a crying-laughing emoji.

The brief but weird scene featured the pair playing about in scrubs and hospital socks, attempting to induce labor the old-fashioned manner.

The video was part of a series of posts celebrating Princess Lilibet's fourth birthday.
