Princess Anne set an excellent example by hosting a 'Charities Forum' at Buckingham Palace ahead of a significant milestone, her 75th birthday.
The Princess Royal, who has been affiliated with almost 400 charities and patronages to aid and support, chose to commemorate the start of the new chapter of her life by inviting leaders from organizations that serve people.
Through the charity discussion, the hardest working royal hoped to learn "how she can help" more, especially at a time when the "third sector is facing unprecedented challenges and transformations," according to her Private Secretary Colonel John Boyd.
Notably, Princess Anne delivered a poignant address in which she thanked the guests for making a difference via their efforts.
Zara Tindall's mother once made a lighthearted quip about requesting permission from her brother, King Charles, to throw an event at the Palace, which made everyone chuckle.
The speaker expressed gratitude to His Majesty for granting permission to utilize Buckingham Palace for the ceremony. And I need to express that!"
It is important to note that Princess Anne has always supported her brother through thick and thin.
She increased her royal obligations once the king was afflicted with cancer.
