The Razer Kishi V3 series was released on Thursday as the newest addition to the mobile gaming controller collection. The new Razer Kishi V3, Kishi V3 Pro, and Kishi V3 Pro XL are compatible with iOS, Android, and PC platforms. Unlike the previous iteration, which could be expanded to hold an iPad Mini, the biggest Razer Kishi V3 Pro XL variant in the series can support a 13-inch iPad or Android tablet with a USB Type-C connector.
Razer Kishi V3 Series: Pricing and Availability
The Razer Kishi V3 series cost begins at $99 (approximately Rs. 8,500) for the basic model that works with smartphones. The Razer Kishi V3 Pro costs $149.99 (approximately Rs. 12,900), with the Kishi V3 Pro XL being the most costly at $199.99 (about Rs. 17,200).
Customers who purchase Razer Kishi V3 units will receive three months of Apple Arcade for free via the Razer Nexus app. The new mobile controllers are now available on Razer's website and at retail outlets in the United States.
Razer Kishi V3 Series Specifications and Features
The smallest Razer Kishi V3 variant is compatible with iOS and Android devices that have a USB Type-C connection. Meanwhile, the Kishi V3 Pro accommodates tablets with up to 8-inch displays (such as the iPad Mini), while the Kishi V3 Pro XL can accommodate tablets with 10-inch to 13-inch displays (such as the iPad Pro).
You'll need a smartphone with a USB Type-C connector, which means most Android phones and newer iPhone and iPad models will be compatible. Razer claims the Kishi V3 range may also be linked to a PC using an extra USB Type-C connector, which is offered separately.
The Razer Kishi V3 Pro and Kishi V3 Pro XL, unlike the basic Kishi V3, include interchangeable caps and claw grip bumpers. All three variants include two programmable mouse click buttons on the rear.
When you connect the Razer Kishi V3 Pro and Kishi V3 Pro XL to a smartphone or tablet running Android 12 or newer, or a PC running Windows 11, you will have access to Razer Sensa HD haptics, which provide tactile input when playing compatible mobile titles. This function is not presently supported on the iPhone or iPad, and it does not work with the smaller Razer Kishi V3.
