Honor X70 Expected Features
Tipster Panda, who is quite bald, has disclosed several crucial features of the speculated Honor X70 on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. According to the leak, the forthcoming Honor phone would have a 6.79-inch display with 1.5K resolution. Its predecessor likewise had a TFT LCD screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The handset is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 CPU. The previous model used a MediaTek Dimensity 7025-Ultra octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A78 cores @ 2.5GHz and two Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz.
The Honor X70 is also claimed to include an 8,300mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. If genuine, this will be a significant upgrade from the Honor X60's 5,800mAh battery capacity, which supported 35W fast charging. Meanwhile, according to the leak, only the smartphone's 512GB internal storage model would allow wireless charging.
The source also indicated that the smartphone might come in four different colors: white, blue, back, and red.
The Honor X70 is expected to be 7.7mm thick and weigh 193g. However, the 512GB internal storage option is believed to be 7.9mm thick and weighs 199g, which is somewhat thicker and heavier than the variant that does not enable wireless charging.
