King Charles received an emotive message from a grieving family, who urge the monarch to do more.
While promoting the newly released posthumous biography Nobody's Girl, Virginia Giuffre's family made an emotional plea to the head of the royal household, indicating that they are not content with Prince Andrew's title drop.
For those who are unaware, Andrew was accused of sexually abusing Ms Giuffre in her teens after she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein.
During their visit on This Morning, Virginia's brother, Sky Roberts, and his wife, Amanda, asked the queen to take a more active role and support reform.
Amanda went on: "You have an opportunity to say that you'll be a royal family who protects the innocent, no matter who is implicated, that you'll stand on the right thing."
She went on: "You have an opportunity for your people to trust you, and for other governments and other worlds to trust you, and we're hoping that you're going to do the right thing."
"I think it's been much too long. Our sister has waited far too long for that acknowledgment and justice, and we hope we can trust you to provide it."
It is worth noting that Prince Andrew stated in a statement on October 17 that he will no longer use the Duke of York title or any of his other titles, despite rising pressure from the royals to prohibit him.
However, it appears that Miss Guiffre's loved ones are dissatisfied with the delayed resolution and want tougher directives for Andrew.
Buckingham Palace has made no comment to Virginia Giuffre's book.
