Meghan Markle received negative reaction regarding her long-awaited podcast return days before a big family gathering.
For those who are unaware, the Duke of Sussex is nearly finished with the first season of her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, with only one 'bonus' episode remaining for broadcast.
She has also made headlines for her Netflix culinary show, With Love, Meghan, and lifestyle brand As Ever.
During a discussion of Meghan's significant career updates, royal scholars Esther Krakue and Bronte Coy sharply criticized the Duchess' "vacuous" endeavors.
In an interview with The Sun, Bronte stated, "[She's a] professional hot girl." I'd call her a content creator/influencer now. There is nothing wrong with those things."
"But the influencer part, she's selling the stuff on Instagram," she told me.
Esther responded by advising the former Suits actress to get involved in real-world programs that promote women's empowerment.
She went on: "I mean, I find it strange that she didn't quite lean into the things that she has professional credits for, like she didn't do some theatre charity or things?"
"I just wish she did things that are less vacuous," the royal commentator said.
Esther feels Meghan should focus on theatre, art, and true female promotion rather than this glamorous image.
It is worth noting that the Duchess of Sussex has suffered a new setback only days before Princess Lilibet, her and Prince Harry's second child, turns four.
