Meghan Markle seems to have ruffled some feathers once more after her remarks regarding parenthood 'frustrated' people given her 'great privilege'.
The Duchess of Sussex, who launched the last episode of the first season of Confessions of a Female Founder podcast, opened up about how she feels "incredibly overwhelmed" about being a "working mother."
Meghan had stated that it frequently made her go, "Oh my gosh, I just need a break."
However, many contended that Meghan, who is the mother to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, is not a typical working mother because she has had a "amazing nanny" care after her children for the past five years.
Bronte Coy, the royal journalist for news.com.au, chastised her for "overusing" stories of maternity challenges.
"I have a son, but when I hear people from positions of great privilege - where they can afford nannies and a lot of help - go on and on about the working mum thing, it's not the same," Coy said during The Sun's Royal Exclusive Show.
"Yes, it's time away from your kid - I definitely understand that aspect - but it's not the same as the working mum idea that a lot of the rest of the world has to deal with."
Coy also mentioned that Meghan is frequently at home, which is not a luxury enjoyed by most mothers who must balance employment and their children's needs.
Meghan's grumbling about such issues, according to the journalist, is getting "grating".
