Prince William showed himself when he took up King Charles' hosting duties.
The Prince of Wales welcomed a world leader to Windsor Castle, taking center stage with increased position and duties in the absence of his father, King Charles, ushering in a new era of leadership.
The 76-year-old was unavailable to do the important task since he was on his annual Holyrood Week tour of Scotland. To commemorate the event, William and Ruto posed for photos in one of the castle's magnificent chambers.
The Kenyan leader had visited the UK as part of a new UK-Kenya Strategic Partnership, where he also met with Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
The agreement between London and Nairobi addressed cooperation in tackling "immigration crime and human trafficking in Kenya to prevent onward migration to Europe."
They also talked about the Nairobi Railway City project, which is inspired by London's Kings Cross and might and would "enable opportunities for UK businesses" and "drive growth".
The Prince of Wales has recently spoken at a number of events to promote environmental protection. In June, he traveled to Monaco for the Blue Economy and Finance Forum, which was sponsored by the principality's Prince Albert, to meet with international leaders about ocean protection.
William will also address the gathering leaders and dignitaries during the Cop30 summit in Brazil in November. The Prince will also play an important part in welcome President Donald Trump to the UK later this year for his second State Visit.
