After years of dating Keanu Reeves, Alexandra Grant has now had to cope with rumors that she and Reeves are getting married.
Social media was buzzing with rumors earlier in September that the pair had secretly gotten married.
Grant and Reeves, however, responded to the situation with generosity, thanking fans and followers for their love and blessings.
"You know, we've been going out a long time," the John Wick star revealed at the October 13 New York premiere of his new movie Good Fortune. "It's a nice thing," he added. Many kind notes and other things were sent by people.
In the meanwhile, Alexandra responded to the unfounded rumors on Instagram, writing, "Thank you to everyone for the congratulations on our wedding." We didn't get married, though.
Despite putting an end to the marriage rumors, the pair has not entirely "ruled out" the possibility of getting married in the future, according to sources who spoke to Star.
“They work together on their art projects,” an insider said.
"Keanu greatly admires Alexandra, who is a true individual. He claims that she is an exceptionally talented artist.
Grant loves her partner as well. Although "some of their friends believe marriage isn't totally out of the question," the insider disclosed that Alexandra and Keanu are not attempting to jump into anything.
Before going public with their love in 2019, Alexandra and Keanu had been friends for a long time. Together, the two founded a publishing firm after working together for the first time in 2011.
