In the midst of his continuous controversies and royal family snubs, Prince Andrew has taken yet another hit from Britons.
 According to a recent survey, the disgraced royal has fallen to a new low as the British public wants the royal family to do more to stop him.
 Britons express their displeasure with the monarchy's handling of the crisis and call for greater action against Andrew and transparency.
 The outcome showed a drop in Sarah Ferguson's ex-husband's public status, with negative sentiment hitting previously unheard-of heights, revealing that Britons are upset with the Prince.
 Compared to 74 percent before to his decision to quit using his royal titles, 82 percent of Brits now see him negatively, an eight-point rise.

 The outcome indicates a change in the national mood and a strong popular desire for accountability, with a resounding majority demanding that Parliament act decisively to end Prince Andrew's dukedom once and for all.

 However, the Prince and Princess of Wales, Kate and William, are seeing a rise in their approval ratings.  Princess Catherine's popularity increased two percentage points to 66 percent, while the future king's increased four points to 69 percent.

 --  Overall support for the monarchy has remained mostly stable throughout the Andrew affair, falling only two percentage points to 50%.
 Two-fifths of those surveyed believed that the institution would be detrimental to Britain.
These results highlight a pivotal point in the Royal Family's standing in the eyes of the nation.  According to a statement from Gideon Skinner, senior director of UK politics at Ipsos, Prince Andrew's already dismal favorability ratings have dropped even more, and there is broad support for him to renounce his formal titles.
 "Overall support for the monarchy is still comparatively stable, which is somewhat better news for the Palace despite the turmoil surrounding Prince Andrew."  Skinned was added.
