During its Q3 2025 earnings call, Samsung hinted at significant AI, performance, and camera improvements for the next Galaxy S26 series. A tipster has finally revealed the entire specifications of the rumored flagship smartphones. The whole Galaxy S26 series, particularly the Ultra variant, is rumored to gain significant camera enhancements, including larger sensors across the board. They may include Samsung's latest M14 OLED displays with Quad HD resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Series Specifications Leaked
In a Telegram post, tipster Alchimist Leaks released information for the Galaxy S26 series. The flagship Galaxy S26 Ultra may include a 6.9-inch Quad HD OLED display. It is believed to have an M14 OLED panel and possibly have AI-powered privacy-screen capabilities.In terms of optics, Samsung is expected to provide better sensors across the board. The Galaxy S26 Ultra may include a quad camera configuration that includes an improved 200-megapixel primary sensor, a revised ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto shooter with 5X optical zoom. The fourth camera might have a 12 megapixel 1/2.55-inch 3x lens or a 50 megapixel 3x lens.
According to the leak, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be powered by either the Exynos 2600 or the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU, depending on the location. It is intended to have S Pen support. The rumored flagship model might include a 5,400mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ may have 6.3-inch and 6.7-inch Quad HD M14 OLED displays, respectively. Both devices are expected to include triple rear cameras: an improved 50-megapixel 1/1.3 or 1/1.56-inch primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12-megapixel 3X telephoto camera.
Depending on the location where the devices are sold, the Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU may power the S26 and S26+, as it does the premium Galaxy S26 Ultra.
The informant also stated that the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ will have 4,300mAh and 4,900mAh batteries, respectively.
While Samsung has just announced the cancellation of the Galaxy S26 Edge, a new model even thinner than the Edge range is rumored to be in the pipeline. The handset might include a 6.6-inch Quad HD M14 OLED screen, positioned between the regular and Plus variants.
The optics are believed to have a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. It is expected to use the Exynos 2600 processor and a 4,300mAh battery.
